TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. General Agreement
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of our transportation and vehicle rental services (“Services”) provided at Clark International Airport (“CRK”), Ninoy Aquino International Airport (“NAIA”) and Cauayan Airport. By booking or using our Services, you agree to comply with these Terms.

2. Booking and Reservation
All bookings are subject to availability. A confirmed reservation is required to guarantee service. Advance payment or a deposit may be required to secure the booking. Changes or cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service to avoid penalties.

3. Rental Vehicle Use
The rented vehicle must only be used for lawful purposes. Drivers provided by the company must hold a valid driver’s license and follow all applicable traffic laws. The client is responsible for any damage to the vehicle caused by misuse or negligence. Smoking and the consumption of alcohol inside the vehicle are strictly prohibited.

4. Pickup and Drop-Off Services
Pickup and drop-off times must be agreed upon during booking. Clients are responsible for providing accurate information regarding pickup and drop-off locations and schedules. Waiting time beyond the agreed schedule may incur additional charges.

5. Payments
Payments can be made via credit card and wire transfer, as specified at the time of booking. All rates are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Additional fees may apply for extended hours, extra stops, or changes in service.

6. Liability
The company is not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as traffic, weather, or road closures. The company’s liability for any damages or losses is limited to the amount paid for the service. Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings during the service. The company is not liable for lost or stolen items.

7. Safety and Conduct
The company reserves the right to refuse service to individuals displaying unruly or unsafe behavior. Passengers must wear seat belts at all times. Any intentional damage to the vehicle by passengers will result in charges for repairs.

8. Force Majeure
The company will not be held liable for failure to fulfill services due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or strikes.

9. Amendments
The company reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated Terms will be communicated to clients or posted on the company’s website.

10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Philippines. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with Philippine law.
